LAURA (2016) is a 15 minute play with 3 characters (1F, 2M) in which "a chance discovery in a second-hand record store reveals the truth about a lost love".
The play was selected for and premiered as one of the ten winning plays in the 10x10 David Bowie themed New Writing Festival at the Chesil Theatre on 8/9 October 2016 in Winchester. It was subsequently performed by the Navan Theatre Group in County Meath, Ireland on 1 & 2 June 2017 and the Trim Drama Group, also from County Meath, on 20/22 April 2018. The Sundowner Drama Group took out a licence to make a video of the play in 2020. LAURA is next due to be produced in Berkeley Springs, USA on 7-10 May 2026 when four performances of the STARDUST collection of plays (see below) will be taking place at Morgan Arts Council's Ice House As well as being published in its own right, LAURA has also been published as part of a collection of six of the 10x10 winning David Bowie plays.
